Traditionally speaking, no. Whoever owned the home would get to decide who lives in it. Assuming he owned the home, it would be his right to allow his family to live there. Only if he dies and leaves the house to his family will they then have the right to the house.

I think you should only have as much wealth as you can personally hold on to at any time and that the state should probably not protect the assets of big multinational firms. Intellectual or otherwise. Nor take wealth from others. Nor protect your wealth, especially once it reaches beyond your capability or capacity.

A big part of the problem is wealthy people controlling poor through business. Lobbies. Regulation. And straight up being able to leverage millions as soon as someone becomes competitive. Same reasons healthcare sucks in this country. It's protectionism and a racket. Enforced by the ATF, DEA, FBI, CIA, FDA, and USDA.
