No prescribing something that *IS* fda approved but for an off-label use that might have life saving effects right now for somebody suffering from covid is not malpractice. People with covid can't or don't necessarily want to wait for fda approval when they are suffering now.

And the monoclonal antibody infusion *is* now approved for treating covid symptoms.
