Quest giver at nk gypsy camp ate my lightstones. No xp, no nothing.

Bug or normal for iksar (necro)?

Its all based on faction. You may just need a wolf form

I'm not sure but a lot of quests are faction based. And each rank of faction may be different for each quest.
