Having UI issues
 

I have the default UI, i tried downloading other ones from Savrok's post but no matter what i load they all look the exact same. That aside, the real issue i am having is all my windows are tranparent, to the point I can barely read my chat, i need to look up at the night sky so its dark enough to see the words. Also all my bags are so faded I cant see anything in them. This is with my gamma set to 50% and all the fade turned to the highest level. With fade at the lowest level they completely disappear and I have to move the mouse around until the cursor changes so I can even find them to click on them. Nothing I am finding in the options seems to address this, I can only make it worse and its nearly unplayable as it is.
