Is Slansin broken again?
 

I can't get red robe cool faction giving slansin to spawn, done the quest a tonne of times on a newbie alt, he never spawns...

I levelled to level 3 on it.

Has anyone had any success, especially recently?

GMS considered it fixed last time I looked in.

Goddamnit I knew as soon as I posted he'd spawn.
