Hello...can I email customer service or is everything done on forums?

Everything is done on the forums.

Please feel free to submit a petition on the Petition / Exploit forum. The server staff are the only ones who will see what was submitted there.

Just go to EC and /shout that you want to speak with the manager

For the record, P99 has no customers, and therefore no "customer service". What we have is volunteers who are kind enough to spend their time helping the freeloaders who come here and take advantage of R&N's generosity.

Now, as a fellow freeloader, I'm not trying to call you names ;) I just think it's important to recognize that none of us pay a thing here, so none of us are "customers" ... and so we should all calibrate our expectations/how we treat the staff accordingly.

I like to think everyone is on p1999 is a volunteer, even the players.
