This NToV bard instrument is supposed to have a -100 magic check. I have casted this on people with exactly 100 magic resist and it resists everytime.

Just because it is listed on the wiki doesnt mean it's correct.

I checked four spdat files (spellfiles from classic) there is no modifier listed that I see in the timeline. After the timeline a -100 resadj was added.
