And outside the draft impose a random roll for loot rights.

Lodizal should be /list-like (/list 2.0) ... as should every other "a bunch of people want the mob and one of them, randomly, will get it" mob (eg. Shady and Angry Goblins, Scout Charisa, etc.).

There's no reason for autoclickers, /random rolls, etc. (and all the drama they cause): just build something into the game that "auto GMs" rolls when multiple people are all sitting and waiting for mob X, because such a mechanism is clearly needed (and we don't have paid GMs to properly run them like on live).
