Would definitely do this on my custom box, maybe bump it up to once every 9 monutes and not recastable on the same npc twice without a forced Memblur.

And only humanoids. Same restrictions as pick pockets even if its wonky. With slimes n such.

This is similar to how it works on pantheon

It still feels cool and strong, but not over the top and game dictating

Charm should definitely not work on undead or animals unless a druid is using charm animals or necromancer charm undead.

Would be neat if IVU and Invis & invis vs animals had that 3 way interaction too.

Would be even cooler if camo just worked like sneak but with a bit more agro reduction so sometimes u could sneak past greens, light blue.

I mean just so much can be learned and improved on for EQ.
