Three weeks of questing...and I stuffed it all up...
 

Just handed in my three Iksar hands to the wrong bloody npc.....

the vacuum like silence of failing a quest turn in is what I imagine death is like.

In my case last night it was a final push of monotony of 12 hours online farming a rare mob for a 1 in 4 chance of a drop (one of the fingers in Kurns).....finally dropped so I gathered it all together, made my way to Tim Deep - had a good long swim, had issues with a dancing skeleton that after 30 minutes of silence decided to talk to me....
Getting on for 1 AM and a final swim the the Iksar Master...handed in my bits to him- smashing - all worked. Gettin sleepy by now and dumped the three Iksar hands onto him....BAM. The deadening silence as I looked at the clock and realised what I had done....

Thanks mate - it's cool. My own stoopid fault really. Lesson learned.

And, it's really only one of the beginner Monk shackles anyway, just takes some time to do is all. Couldn't imagine if I had screwed up a latter part of something like an epic quest....So, all in all, it's a good learning point for me - better to mess up on the small stuff :)
