One thing ive noticed in the threads...

Lotta ex-military that should try mushrooms instead of EverQuest. That PTSD aint gonna cure itself.

There’s no cure for ptsd, it’s like trying to cure a psychopath.

If trying for realism, every character in game would be roleplayed with PTSD.

Actually, OP, there are not as many as you'd think. If you pay attention to the latest content, it is just one person with several "accounts" that made a mission to dominate RnF for whatever reason.
