Ikky regen Breast plate
Argent protector

Rest is meh..

You could try Faerie dragons in Wakening Lands. Almost always open and space to fear kite.

Bloodgill's in Loio are absolute pushovers and great exp. They have less HP than specs.

the 3 guards in Nro will take you to 55. 24 min respawn timer so you got plenty of time to med up between kills.
