Holyforge Paladin discipline doesn't seem to work with latest patch files
 

I just tried using Holyforge while fighting some undead mobs and it gave me this error message with I started it:

Unknown spell effect 219 in spell Holyforge Discipline (id 4500)

Throughout the whole disc duration I saw no crit/crippling blow messages.
