I got the note from Gharin then turned it in to Nomaria Doseniar in the Qeynos Catacombs but all she did was eat it. Quest can be found here: http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=546

Finished the related quest 'Plaguebringer Proof'. It didn't exist at all.

-Sragg will accept Tovax's note, spawn Tovax and execute him with related dialogue.
