Root Rotting Issue Green
 

I'm fighting dwarves in BBM with 1575 hp. If I root them at their spawn point, and then splurt, it kills them. If I splurt them first, and then immediately root afterwards, it clearly only does 66%, as if they're not rooted.

Not sure how widespread this issue is, but it's definitely a problem for me right now.

It's because they aren't rooted when you cast splurt first. Even if they're stationary, that doesn't mean they're rooted. You must root first, then dot or nuke to get the dmg bonus.

This is a known bug on all servers.
