Tacit Agreement with the Perpetrators

A Judge declared today in regards to Twitter:

“The Court finds… an ongoing pattern of conduct amounting to tacit agreement with the perpetrators…”

What were the perpetrators even guilty of? Will a single news outlet even cover it?

…or will this ground breaking earth shattering legal proceeding clearly and credibly recorded on public record against a major social media platform, be simply deemed ‘herp derp not news worthy!’

(And Maybe Alex Jones was right all along?)

Not groundbreaking they just didn't remove the content fast enough. He's not overturning the law, he's fulfilling it.

that guy is so crazy he just might be right, but more likely an alt right nut. Fear mongering on any side of any topic is merely sensationalism.

any break of convention is always judged as crazy.

people can't tolerate anything that makes them question their assumed paradigm.

look around you, people act without thought, mate without thought, seek food without thought, most humans are only slightly self aware than dogs, and some of them even less so.

especially some particular demographics.

If you're gonna try to be a troll and go "herp derp what 'demographics', heh heh"

Its you.

“Content” is an odd way to describe what Twitter allowed on their platform in this case: videos of a minor being sexually abused.

And maybe fast enough would have been removal after the victims first request.

Or maybe fast enough would have been removal after the victim’s lawyer submitted a formal request.

But yeah, waiting for The Department Of Homeland Secutiry to intercede probably wasn’t fast enough.

Some (like the presiding Judge for example) may even call it tacit agreement with the perpetrators (pedo-rapists and distributors of child porn, in this case)

I'm saying Twitter would be punished within the confines of the safe harbor laws, but you aren't getting unbanned.

Yeah that's the crux of the story here.

Twitter has time and resources to ban anyone and everyone for political free speech.

But then if you were sexually abused as a kid (hypothetically).
And a video of said abuse was distributed on Twitter's platform.
And then you personally asked them to take it down.
Then?
Twitter might watch the video themselves and tell you they don't see anything that violates their standards.

That is dangerously close to blasphemy, sir.

Wait… how many times has Twitter been sued for similar ‘content’ ?

Wouldn’t it be nice if News Corp cared enough to report on those sorts of hard hitting details? (Twitter aren’t the only ones who Tacitly Agree with pedo-rapists. IMO)
