I was wondering where Agnostic Dark Elves could go, and how I could up rep in places I can't.

There are a lot of positive only faction quests (no negative hits). You can make some significant changes doing those. All Positive Faction Quests

FWIW, most darkelves are still dubious in freeport, so you'd at least have access there. Probably not ok in Qeynos. Rivervale, Kaladim, good Elf cities are gonna be a no-go. Unsure about Erudin/Paineel.

With the Freeport militia yes. Don’t think with the north Freeport guards though. And there are plenty of guilds and merchants in FP who will KOS a DE of any kind so you need to be careful.

I'd choose RZ as deity for any warrior.

Kill wfp guards / Lucan and you bank / vendor in nfp.

I wonder if you're KOS to the Priests of Mischief in Rivervale... If not, a little hunting in Runnyeye/Gorge of King Xorbb and you have a home amongst the halflings.

Rivervale is a pretty convenient base of operations, esp. if you like JumJum.

Pretty sure I did rallos zek but I don't remember...and I'm at work so can't check grrrr lol

Not merchants, NPC vendors don't KOS anybody over faction (they just won't buy/sell).
