Jarlen Meadowgreen is nowhere to be found on green after running through the entire plains of Karana, even though Voleen Tassen is still asking you to go see him for a bread shipment.

This was just a dialogue issue of Voleen not knowing what month it is.

Ah, so its a timeline / plague thing then. I did think of that when i heard an NPC (i forget who it was) say "now that the plague is over".

Confused - So does this mean Voleen will no longer send you, or Jarlen will be returning?

Voleen should only be discussing Jarlen while the Karana Plague event is active. It is no longer active on the blue server, and the OP reported this for the green server where the plague event has yet to begin.

oh wow it hasnt begun ? well i guess that would make sense, via the timeline. But ive also posted on here or in another thread that NPC's are also saying "now that the plague is over"
