Is this something anyone would be interested in?

We can chat about exercise, diet, school, career, and whatever else! Please let us have something nice and let's not ruin it with negativity or other weirdness.

I have a lot to say about my current situation but would like someone else to start so I know there's some interest here.

Been trying to show some restraint and eat better! Baked goods are my weak spot so far, but been doing better than than I have been for like...3 years lol. Just gotta keep it going and maybe get off my butt and exercise some :p

This is a noble goal. What steps have you taken so far?

Once piece of advice that I have read for dietary changes is to start a small ritual, like praying before a meal. It can be secular ofc like simply taking the time to be thankful for the food you are about to eat, right before you eat it. Maybe something to consider.
