Idk, I try occasionally. Keeps OT fresh and interesting. If a thread is a fail it will sink and be forgotten. If it is a gem it will provide it’s brilliance until it loses it’s sparkle and is replaced by new dumb threads.

Keep posting them (without squelching all other threads) imho.

I make some dumb ones but mostly it's because I like when threads start and then they just go off on random tangents and become like totally different than OP. Like in the Afghanistan thread we almost turned that into an abortion thread lol

I was pumping gas in our work van at a circle k just now, and the “wake me up, before you go go!” song came on loud at the pump that Derek from Zoolander’s model friends had a gasoline fight to before they blew up

I wonder how long it will be before someone can shoot a model rocket to the moon.

Im tempted to devote my life to that to try to launch GoPro's up there so we can find out if it is hollow.
