Lanivon Baxer spawning out of era

The NPC Lanivon Baxer located in Toxxulia Forest appears to be spawning out of era. He is part of the Luclin-era quest, Al'Kabor's Research. This snapshot from Nov. 2001 shows no Lanivon Baxer in Toxxulia Forest.

You are probably correct.

The earliest date I've found so far is December 30, 2001, which would be after Luclin launch.
