Last time this came up I believe nilbog confirmed it will be fixed in next patch, whenever that's rolled out.

And just to avoid people getting confused, when Nilbog says patch in this context he means a patch that requires you to download new files and replace them in the P99 folder I believe. Not the type of “patch” where things like hybrid penalties etc are removed but you don’t need to download anything new client side.
