Prismatic Dragon Scale Loot Rights (or MQ)
 

Looking to buy the loot rights for a prismatic dragon scale. Possibly a MQ instead but I prefer the loot rights so I can use an alts key for the item and save my main's ST key.

So definitely paying more for loot rights than a MQ, lmk your prices.
