this isn't a penthouse.. it's one world trade center. he isn't on a high floor, probably between floors 30 and 60.

a penthouse would be a place where you reside/live, either temporarily or permanently. an office doesn't meet this criteria.

a penthouse is also at the top floor of a building.. you're in one world trade center, which has 94 floors, not including floors 100-102 that are for tourism/the observatory.

next time you lie, try to do better.
