Butler Syncall Vampire teeth quest Broke.
 

I have been camping Butler Syncall for over a week for well over 4 hrs a day.
Ive killed him over 83 times and his Vampire teeth will not drop.
according to the wiki the drop rate is 35%.
I have killed the Maid and she drops hers about 35% of the time and is working fine.

I personally feel like the Butler Syncall is broken and the quest Vampire Teeth cannot be completed without it.

Has anyone else completed this quest recently?
am I just having the worst luck known to man?
