Bug in Paw of Opolla Pie Quest
 

I went to see Karn Tassen in South Qeynos, and he has no Baking Spirits on him whatsoever. I found 2 on his daughter/Wife next to him, but unfortunately those failed on me. I came back a few times, and still no Spirits. I don't know if its a bug or what. But he is the only NPC on Norrath who sells this. I need help please!!!
