That’s what I’ve been wondering ever since I created this thread.

Any news on what’s really going on over there?

Miniart-models (Ukraine based toy soldier manufacturer) website was down but is now up again.

I’m gonna use that tiny datapoint to say things seem to be stabilising there....

Sir, this is a pedophilia thread.

Try to stay on topic.

I think it's possible for Ukraine to beat off Russia

Seems like the Ukrainians are kicking ass on a daily basis. Western arms and technology are flooding in and the Russians are disorganized as shit

I hope this is the case. Hard to know with all the disinformation floating around.

Today:

Quote:

Due to the fact that negotiations over an agreement on Ukraine’s neutrality and non-nuclear status and security guarantees (for Ukraine) are moving into a practical stage, and taking into consideration the principles discussed during today’s meeting, the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation has taken the decision to drastically reduce combat operations in the Kyiv and Chernihiv areas in order to boost mutual trust and create the necessary conditions for further negotiations and for the signing of the aforementioned agreement.

Alexander Fomin
Russia's Deputy Defence Minister
Translation from Russian follows:

Quote:

We are using the excuse that we had some meetings with the Ukrainians last night and are ready to scale back or something to hide the fact that we got our asses kicked. We couldn't keep our soldiers fed, motivated and supplied and they left a giant pile of corpses and burned out tanks everywhere. We actually had to retreat in shame here and there, but it's fine because unlike fuel and ammunition, the Russian stockpile of shame is inexhaustible. Anyway, we're building trust over here. Trust us to call this defeat a victory soon.

Russia's Deputy Defence Minister

I think the only disinformation on this is being put out by Russian media
