honestly i still can't wrap my head around how ridiculously horrible the russian army is performing, its almost as though its a feint for some upcoming real fight, where hordes of high skill russian soldiers wash across the face of the earth with cutting edge tech that the USA hasn't even imagined yet.
that scenario is the only one that makes sense if we are to still believe the decades of, "Russia is the #2 military threat"
shit. if that's the #2 threat, then the #3 threat must just be guys with slingshots and mean words.

I'm not saying Ukraine can win... think about it like this tho...
It costs less to keep 12 ppl fed than 120,000
12 people can hide better than 120,000
Ukraine has got to have a lot of their really good MREs and ammo stashed well everywhere secret symbols.
Russia is going to have a hard time doing anything with Ukraine for the next 40 years at a minimum. It's like biting into a poison apple.
Well, to use an old truism. In war everyone loses.
Russia isn't able to make children fast enough to replace lost manpower and everyone educated or upper class is leaving or left.
Ukraine could have superceded Russian authority in the region if they hadn't been attacked. Even if they hold some territory they are no longer an existential threat. I bet a lot of the smart healthy ppl in Russia where trying to emigrate to Europe through Ukraine. And now it's turkey that has absorbed many of those kids.
Well see.
Ukraine may eventually be obliterated. I feel like Russia is a dead man walking already tho. And surely will be if they try to go further west. Without NATOs help.
