The dys-united states is not united in a common goal and purpose and at least 50% of the population should have never been free in any way or allowed past childhood due to defects of mentality and morality.

Money is speech. Election spending caps burdens core political speech without proper justification. Limiting speech of people you don't like is not proper justification, unless you're some sort of fascist.

Only mega corps that wield the DMCA have free speech these days.
