you started this conversation by saying, "what abut how trump did it"

the virus defends itself by making people say that anything anyone says is some sort of stupid thing like, WuTAbouTIZM

I'm telling you your partisan nonsense is nonsense.

Like where is the goalpost? I actively dislike reading lies.

Are they even trying to take the whole country? Why the hell would the Russian air force not completely smoke the Ukrainian air force otherwise?

Im sure they will section off a portion of ukraine, call it a victory, and then all continue doing what we were doing 2 months ago.

Of course if so then this:

Quote:

Zelensky: "We will punish everyone who committed atrocities in this war. We will find every scum who was shelling our cities, our people, who was shooting the missiles, who was giving orders. You will not have a quiet place on this earth – except for a grave."
Social Media
Might result in some awesome Mossad 2.0 stuff for the next 20 years.

Imagine if after the war, anyone who operated a machine might be found in the morning, dead.

If it were just the Russian vs Ukrainian air forces, Ukraine's would likely get blown out of the sky in short order.

Ukraine has a variety of air defenses (thanks in part to Western weaponry and training), including mobile batteries, fighters, and man-portable systems. Defeating these defenses requires incredible coordination and technological sophistication; to learn more about this, read about the US experience trying to defeat Soviet air defenses in Vietnam, and why the F-35 was developed the way it was-- as essentially a mobile battlefield information synthesis and electronic warfare center on top of a fighter chassis.

Basically you need to coordinate your fighters with ground reconnaissance and long range radar info in real time, often bait a launch or at least a lock, then use one of many different possible tools ranging from ground attack, high altitude air attack, or close range air attack to quickly neutralize the source before it moves.

Given the highly bungled nature of the ground war, I can imagine their air war isn't going as well as we or they thought it would either.

Air superiority in this war is working out exactly like it does in a battlefield game.

Jets and helos' are deathtrap and useless against the crates of stingers laying around all over the map (of battlefield & ukraine).

There isn't really a Ukrainian airforce.

Stingers are hard to ferret out and target.

I'm increasingly thinking very dispersed slightly hardened underground food, water, ammo storage and warm bodies with nothing better to do other than score kills is all anyone needs in life.

Can a Stinger shoot down a fighter jet?

Anything else, they say, is fake news. Yes, the very people who are watching these things happen, are being told by their Russian relatives that it is fake news. Ukrainians have described the phenomenon as 'surreal'.

Sound familiar?

Trump applied the Putin psyop playbook to the United States with stunning success, driving a wedge into the vulnerable minds of humanity's less intelligent-- typically the elderly, boomers, the uneducated, the uninformed, and it is seemingly just as successful in Russia as it was in the United States.

This is nothing other than a psychological sickness, a vulnerability in the human psyche that autocrats, kleptocrats, and other bad actors have learned to weaponize with great skill. I'm really hoping we find a cure, some way to counteract this. In the hands of someone like Trump, but more intelligent and capable, this has the capacity to continue to result in the destruction of our society, as the people who control the reins slowly dismantle our institutions while the brainwashed cheer them on.

This has always been a vulnerability in the human mind and in our social dynamics, but without the internet and social networking, it could never be weaponized this effectively, until now.

Who knew that the term viral would be so prophetic, because that's exactly what this is; a cognitive virus, just like religion, just like political tribalism.

TDS Cringe post

Yes Trump drove the wedge into our society. Had it not been for Trump, Biden would have welcomed people like me who his party repeatedly calls racist, sexist, xenophobic, misogynistic with open and loving arms into the tender embrace of his political party. I just know it

Damn yoos Trump! Damn yoos!

Damn yoos Trump! Damn yoos!

Calling you racist and sexist is worse than using your platform to support Putin's genocidal war like Marjorie Taylor Greene and other GOPers.
