Is the wiki accurate about faction from these two mobs?

The wiki says both mobs give 10 faction towards Heretics when killed, but I'm skeptical now if this is truly accurate. Been farming these two for about 15-20 hours now on my Druid, probably 100 combined kills between the two so far, and I'm still Scowling with the Paineel guards outside. I didn't figure I'd start THAT low on Heretics faction.

So I need to know, do these two mobs indeed give 10 faction per kill, or is the wiki wrong and it's only a measly 1 per kill, and I should mass slaughter the trash instead?

Sadly the wiki is mostly wrong when it comes to faction. They scraped the data from Allakazam I believe, which is out of era. Unless the mob is well known to give big faction boosts (like Velious city bosses), there is a good chance the mob probably just gives 1 or 2 faction points. Most mobs are this way on P99. You will probably need to test it yourself if you want to be sure.

For Warrens faction farming mass slaughter is generally the better way to go since there are so many mobs.

That's probably what I'll do then, although sadly that's not going to be an efficient process for my Druid. I can nuke 7 mobs dead on a full mana bar, and then I have to med for 6 minutes, and my melee is butt so that's not going to get it done.

Grab your druid a mage pet Brazier_of_Elemental_Summoning to give 'em a leg up and go to town with melee! You should be able to keep the pet alive for a good grind session and knock out a decent amount of faction hits.

Or yeah, wait a handful of levels for a decent pbae and wreck the place for 2-3 hours one night when it's empty.

Kill erudin guards it will faction up heretics very fast

First, at level 19 I don't know if I can kill any Erudin Guards.

Second, I don't want to hurt my faction with any good or neutral cities. Only exceptions are those that are corrupt anyway, like Freeport Militia. That's why I'm not saving molars.

What level is your druid? Mine is 53. I throw on a ds and a regen occasionally then I run around smacking them or casting my level one dd.

But by that logic slaying Sir Lucan D'Lere should only be -1 faction too, not make you instantly Kill on Sight to the Freeport Militia.

Update the wiki if you see an error.

Sir Lucan is another well known NPC who gives a big faction hit. His wiki is probably accurate.
