The Spirit of Garzicor MQ - 22k - You need ally dragon faction and a Bronzewood Staff (happy to help you farm it if needed). I MQ the Finished Tsuba and Finished Naginata Blade. You will still eventually need to gather 2 flawless diamonds, kill garzicor, and do the final lower skill smithing combine yourself at some point after the MQ.
