Class/race penalties?
 

I heard that on the blue server there are no penalties for race/classes. Have they taken away those penalties on the green server as well?

On both servers, Race and Class penalties or bonuses still exist. Hybrid penalty (40%) however is what was removed on both servers.

This information has not been updated in-era for green. You can simply look at Blue highlighted areas of the chart to find your race/class xp bonus/penalty combo.
