Why do you want a Noctivigant Blade with a Cloak of Shadows? not like it procs.

Noctivigant Blade don't proc, but Vampiric Embrace does. Let's not forget the 12 AC, 10 SV Disease, and the 0.0 weight.

Well, that answers my question though I don't see how it could be better than an HBC... well, at least it's something!

Cloak of Shadows (AC 12, Dex 13, SVDisease 10, WT 0.0)
VS
Hooded Black Cloak (AC10, Str 5, HP 45 WT 2.5)

2 more ac, not much, but at least its something....The HBC has 5 str and 45 hit points which is great, but you take Vampiric Embrace which is a 62 point life tap at level 51, thats NOT ONLY 62 hit points, but 62 points of damage to the enemy, and more DEX helps with that to happen. I'll let you be the judge as to whether the 5 strength or 13 dex is better, or whether the 45 flat out hit points, or the 62 hit points/damage from a proc that could land multiple times in a single fight, is better. And let's not forget that nice little SV10 to disease, which really helps if your tank or puller in a raid.
