Brother Qwinn not spawning
 

I have spent 4 days now, clearing the correct placeholder for Brother Qwinn (Narra and escaped splitpaw gnoll) every 20 minutes. I spent a quarter of that time spawning Raster, which is just crazy to me, because i've done countless monk epics over 23 years and NEVER had issues spawning Brother Qwinn. He is not supposed to be this rare. Perhaps bugged?

Nvm just got him... right as i complained about it.. wtf

- Yes, he is rare.
- If a mob isn't spawning, it's not a bug, it's just probability.
- Don't camp Brother Qwinn. Just wait until he is up. Maybe park a character with Track in the zone and Track every so often, or park a pet class in the zone and pet-track here and there.
