Mesmerization spell or Tasarin's Grimoire Pg. 26 (Right)
 

About 30 minutes of gameplay time to get to level 19 and I still don't have this level 16 spell. I'll buy the spell itself, or potentially several copies of the Grimoire page in case I fail while researching (I'm sure I will as I've researched nothing up to this point).
