T Staff. And even if RFS is comparable, it will be hit by the 2h dmg bonus (reduction) soon enough.

Imbued Fighters staff.

Keeps its bonus dmg after the nerf and lets you be lazy and not feign every 3 seconds because your procs are stealing agro.

If looking for pure DPS tho, I'd think a staff of shielding would be better then a sarnak warhammer.

But Tstaff/RFS/IFS should all be capable of out DPS'ing dual wield.
