Videos of Druids Quad Kiting?

I was wondering if anyone had any videos of some Druids quad kiting? I looked on youtube but couldn't find anything =X.

*drunken quad kiting. now that'd be a fun video.

uh no but if no one can provide it... I've never quaded before but I was under the impression you snare them, then run in quasi-circles such that they're all bunched up, then run away as you AE them.

if that's not what you wanted it for then neeevermind...

I can make one of a wizard quad kiting for you, if I could ever get fraps to work.

But yeah, the basics of it for a druid are to single-target snare each one, run in circles (or do squiggly runs in front of them in an arc, back and forth - Honestly, i think that's more effective in terms of geometry if you have space). Eventually they bunch up - then start AoEing.

For a wizard, it's a bit cleaner, usually. Pull 4 mobs with staff of temp flux. Run in circles or squiggly arcs until pack is in a group. AoE snare. AoE nuke. ????? Profit.

I could fraps you a video of me charm pulling and killing every raptor in TD... but I don't wanna put you or myself through that torture.

I do know of a druid who solo'd Efreeti in Sol B. That would make a awesome video ;)

You bunch them up but then you can run them whatever way you want after. It's not like Bard AoE kiting where you have to stay close and in a circle. I used to always find a flat area and stay at max distance running in a giant oval back and forth. It's really easy currently. When you go to more dangerous and narrower locations like Othmirs in Cobalt Scar it gets pretty dangerous.

i'm sure i could dig up a fraps of a few different druids "quad kiting" Ogre guards EXTREMELY efficiently.

You mean using exploits :D? I have a series of screenshots showing one guy doing that. I haven't used it to blackmail him yet.

As a Wizard on live, I never used the AoE snare because I'd always wind up with some resists. I counted on SOW / Jboots and kited them around at normal speed (plus, when I first started, I don't think the wizard AoE snare was in game). I don't know how well my old approach would work here though.
