I couldn't find any more dialogue but I feel like there's probably a quest. I tried 100+ different lines and no other responses came. I was able to get klandicar dialogue with high amiable faction, but I didn't test esorpa (ring of scale) with high amiable, i tried low amiable and then came back with kindly.
