Are there any high-level tinkerers on Green?
 

Title. Looking to have the gnome cultural armor (Clockwork Watchman) crafted, but I'm not having any luck finding any tinkerers! I have a high-level gnome myself and can level it if I must, but I've never done a crafting profession before and it seems a bit daunting.
