Megan O'Reilly not responding
 

I ran this quest, Magic Elixir for Warriors, on my level 2 (i think) Barb Shaman.

Everything went well (besides my Shammy deaths) until I got to Megan.

She spawned where the guide said she would and I hailed her. No Response.

I hailed her multiple times and no response.

She began walking away and I hailed her to which she gave no response and did not stop walking.

I finally attempted to give her the elixir, which as everyone can guess by now, she just ate it and kept on walking with no response.

I just hailed and went through Megan's dialogue on Green with no difficulty.

Thank you nilbog. Any ideas on why she didn't respond, and ate the elixir bottle?

There is no required faction, so it could be a general bug where the npc doesn't recognize you in their vicinity. For example, if you were invisible or sometimes even levitation can interfere with questing.

was she low health fleeing?

No, she spawned in the proper loc and then while I was trying to Hail and get her to respond she just began walking away.

I cannot remember if someone had given me a lev or not. I know I was not invisible unless someone hit me with it and I never noticed, although Snowflake had no trouble responding.

I'm going to try it again soon, maybe now, and I will report the outcome.

Exactly same thing happened again, except I did not attempt to give her the elixir. I have on regular shaman buffs, no invis, and no levitate. I hailed her 11 times total and moved right on top of her to make certain of range. She conned amiable to me.

I followed her a bit and she was killed by an orc trooper, so I'm waiting now to see if she acts normal after respawning.

It's not working for me. I removed all buffs and still no response. I tried giving her the elixir again, but while she was standing still. She ate it.
