Thunderhoof Quiver 0% WR?
 

It says 33% Weight Reduction on Zam? Yet my quiver says 0% WR.

Is this a bug?

Any chance i can get this fixed or replaced by a GM?

Is it "as intended" on this server?

Weight Reduction and subsequent Bow Haste do not take effect until Late Velious.

Quivers now reduce the delay time on bows, the better the quiver the faster your bow. We will not be listing the speed increase a quiver will give your bow, but you can tell the good quivers by their ability to reduce the weight of your arrows (better-made or magical quivers have this property).

i don't think it earns the weight reduction until the velious patch which gives quivers a haste-effect when using ranged.
