This item has a chance to drop from a Gnoll Hunter in Qeynos Hills. It's for a ranger/druid quest that I would like to complete. I have the bottom half already. If you're collecting gnoll fangs outside of the entrance to BB then this would be a good item to keep an eye out for for a little extra money.
