Don’t think there’s any evidence we’ve seen of him giving them to people yet. But there’s obviously evidence he stole top secret documents…and also that they burned too secret documents (which is also a potential violation of the Act).
Probably the only question that remains is when he’s convicted does he actually go to jail or does he do a plea deal for house arrest in mar a lago and being barred from participating in politics at all. At least he can still sell his NFTs from his “MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT” since that money goes directly into his pocket lmao |
