Spell interrupts
 

I have noticed this happening a lot lately. I'll not be moving at all, don't have levitation/dmf on, nothing is attacking me and yet when I cast a spell I'll be interrupted.

I asked in guild and several others have noticed it to.

I'm assuming this an effect that wasn't intended but a side effect of something else that changed within the last few months.

This has been going on for awhile. I've never been able to consistently reproduce it, can't figure out what triggers it. Seems to happen at random. Even characters that have been standing in the same spot for minutes see this happen once in awhile, ruling out movement-related net lag, hence not bug reporting it yet myself--nothing concrete to report beyond it occasionally happens for some unknown reason.
