My characters are not showing on char screen
 

Just downloaded everything I need and when I login to character select screen, my original chars that ive had for years are not showing up, anyone know how to fix this?

Have you applied the latest patch files (currently v57) ?

yes i have applied the latest patch files, just re installed the game and re patched and still nothing, I am 100% certain I am using the same account that I have always used aswell.

Sometimes your firewall can mess with things, but usually when that happens the servers don't show up on the server selection screen

problem solved.... thank you for your help... I hate to concede this but... i was using the wrong account... havent been on in awhile and I assumed i named my login account the same as my forum account... not the case. All is good now, thanks all. Sorry about that lol.
