tstaff or ac/sos best dps?
 

is tstaff or ac/sos better dps leveling a monk at lvl 40? and does it change the higher level you get?

RFS>tstaff for one.

I'm not sure about 1h vs 2h though...

RFS > all of them right now. Followed by tstaff, Peacebringer, Adaclub/sos, IFS

RFS in regards to straight DPS is easily best monk wep 1-50. After that its still a bit better DPS then Tstaff, however the Tstaff proc @ 50 is pretty bad ass. But yah, RFS > everything

He didn't ask about a RFS. Tstaff is better DPS @ 40. Not to mention RFS will get hit with that 2hb damage bonus nerf and render it useless. Invest in the Tstaff for the long haul.

well for levelling the rfs will always be better. and right now its better regardless

Isn't that sometime in Velious? If so, who cares? There will be better weapons out than anything we're discussing...

I think the Tranquil Staff is good if you're tanking, otherwise I'd probably use a RFS for straight up dps. I'm not sure how the AC/SoS compares because I've never had them :P
