Harm Touch is pretty bad. Using it at level 60 and seeing it do maybe 5% damage to my target even when it hits for full is not a great endorsement for the ability. Harm Touch offers some ability to farm "yellow text" in PvP and helps provide some kill-steal protection against monsters with normal HP levels. Funny enough, because Harm Touch is so uninspiring, I use it regularly. The Paladin's superior counterpart, Lay Hands, tends to get hoarded for emergencies and in consequence a player who doesn't run into said emergencies might go days or weeks between using it.

it did get resists tho and then u would have to run to the guards

For mobs to annoy the living shit out of you with it. Man I hate that sound effect

HT sucks and is totally gimped compared to LOH

It should do WHATEVER THE SKS HP total is, to the mob.
