Zoning clears all buffs
 

Sometimes when I zone, all my buffs get cleared

This is normal/expected behavior.

When you zone, if your HP is lower than your starting HP with no gear, this triggers. It can actually be very helpful: if you have a DoT on you and you're about to die, it will save your life.
