Thats an important question.

normal sky haste belt, also has all rapiers for epic and a cpl quest pieces for items in sky.

90% sure the rapiers are never needed for epic, unless running to qeynos is not worthwhile...

The original Ragebringer epic required no side-steps as all the items to (including the Quill) were 100% drop-rate.
